Leaders Produce Leaders – Workshop , was conducted from 20th Oct to 8th Dec. Executives and managers from 5 companies have taken part in total 22 participants. The focus was made to develop executives to perform roles and to improves certain qualities which helps them to evolve as a leader.
The Workshop was concluded with presentations of all the participants which includes their ideas of leadership and to develop individual as an effective leader in the organization. Three top presentations were selected were awarded.
